Urgently required Factory Manager- COLD STORE for a well reputed company in Kuwait.

Designation:    Factory Manager- COLD STORE

Location      :   Kuwait

Experience  :   Min 15 Yrs

Job Description:

• A competent engineering professional having an experience in Strategic planning, Quality assurance, Plant Operation &maintenance, Process & discipline management , manufacturing excellence , Training & development.
• Proven track record of leading the department to increase revenues and profitability, streamline workflow and create a team environment to increase productivity
• Should have strong leadership, analytical, negotiations, problem solving, presentation and client servicing skills
• Should have competencies in taking stringent quality measures including preparation of necessary documents to ensure compliance with standards & customer requirements with proficiency in administering daily production related activities & schedules
• Responsible for Coordination, Budgeting/business analysis, Production planning & control , Project & process management , Inventory & material accounting.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :-

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have worked on Cold stores
• Must have a valid Passport in hand
