Post Graduate in IR / HR Experience 20 to 25 years
Industry preference Infrastructure / Energy / Power /Large Manufacturing Companies.

Job Description
1. Ensure peaceful & harmonious industrial relations/Employee relations by effectively managing the work force, Trade Union and external Agencies.
2. Negotiations and settlement with Unions on effective long term agreement basis
3. Ensure discipline and maintain harmony at site.
4. Ensuring effective communication platform between Union & management
5. Look after labour related compliances & handling work related issues (Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, ID Act, Returns etc)
6. Initiating disciplinary proceedings i.e. suspension/charge sheet/receipt of explanation & its analysis/ holding inquiry and taking action as enquiry officer’s findings in accordance with the principle of Natural justice.
7. Facilitating Domestic Enquiry Procedure: Documents, Employee Records, Systems and procedures in terms of time office, Leave Management, Attendance Systems. Monitoring of Salary Components with respect to Contract and company employees.
8. Representing for and on behalf of management before industrial Tribunal –cum-labour court , civil court and conciliation proceedings & hearing Briefing legal counsel and consultation10. Facilitating advocates in case of proceedings
9. Critically examination and fulfillment of necessary formalities for engagement of Contractors i.e. Work Order, Notice, registration, licence, Returns, payments etc.
10. 10 Ensure fulfillment of statutory obligation by Contractors i.e. PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum wages, timely returns to Govt. authorities as per Contract labour Act-1970 & BOCW Act-1971.
11. Public relation & local liasioning
12. Peripheral development activities under CSR activities.
13. Pro activeness, vigilance for getting timely information.
14. Amicably handle the accident cases and natural calamities as per the Law.
