Designation  : Front Desk Executive

Location       : Connaught Place, Delhi (Near Barakhamba metro station)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience   : Min.2+ Years

Responsibility:

 Welcome, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring all inquiries.

• Responsible for maintaining the daily office tasks.
• Preparation of database of Client contacts and updating the same.
• Can do email interactions with clients as well as internal staff.
• Coordinating with various vendors for the maintenance of office.
• Drafting of letters, mails and documents.

Salary: As per the industry standards and interview performance
