Job Description

 Responsible for accurate and timely data feed from various sources into SAS servers(CRADLE and PRISM SAS) which were further used by Credit Risk team in Basel reporting
 Consolidate the daily/weekly data feeds from various sources, identify missing fields and fetch missing data from available sources(by merging/joining tables)
 Report the quality of data in CRADLE and PRISM SAS servers using set KPI’s – Completeness, appropriateness and accuracy
 Responsible for reporting Input and output data quality issues using KPI’s such as Psi (stability index).
 Reconcile the data feed in SAS servers and input sources and report if any gaps were found
 Handle Ad-Hoc summary reports and MIS reports for client team
 Report the management with timely Quality reports.
 Prepared Gap analysis and trained the teams accordingly in areas of frequent and repetitive errors.
 Assessed the team performance with respect to error free transactions and present the management with the areas of improvement.
 Worked in banking operation assignments during peak seasons.
 Refining the ETL Code (DataQA) with the Data Profiling results by implementing Change Requests (CR) with the IT and Data teams in US.
 Processing Single Line Maintenance (SLM) (Data Correction) requests via automated tool
 Ensuring Timely Executions and Service Delivery to the customer servicing team
 Monthly Reports and Presentations to Senior Management helping them carry out assessment and take corrective path as and when needed.
 Resolving Customer Disputes with Members routed through Customer Service Desk.
 Application of very strong technical skills coupled with Business Intelligence and a deep understanding of the user’s needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements.
 Coordinated with Managers of departments like Credit Card, Risk Analysis, Loans and Escalation units and to be produced on a Daily / Weekly/ Monthly basis and delivered to respective Business Heads.
 Taking ownership in enforcement of Report deadlines and schedules
 Automated several time consuming reports
