Designation: Customer Service Representative
- Receive customer calls and provide the necessary information related to product selection, order status, problem resolution
- Follow-up on Customer inquiries via e-mail in a timely and professional manner.
- Works to expedite materials to meet or exceed the customer’s requirement.
- Coordinates with other areas of the company as necessary to assure that we are providing world class service to our customers.
- Enter orders into the sales order processing system (E1)
- Communicate with customers for any clarification such as wrong item / price on the PO
- Communicate with obsolete products team if required
- Send Order confirmation to the customer with estimated lead time
- Get W&D for the orders and shipping costs if required
- Maintain orders daily with the shipping dates, shipping instructions and consolidations
- Drive RGA process, enter replacement orders, and follow up with confirmation emails and on return process as needed
- Coordinate Weekly report for USA Team for open orders status and updates to come
- Other duties as necessary
