Roles and Responsibilities

Counseling and convincing the students about the courses offered by the organization.

Day to day management of students queries, batches fees etc.

Handling phone calls, meeting parents of the students.

Handling the online communication with other centers and HO etc.

Overall office management

Required experience and qualification

Good Organizational and leadership skills.

Graduation with an Experience of at least 1-2 years, preferably of an educational institute.

A Can do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.

Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English.

Pleasing personality with a positive attitude.

Basic Computer knowledge.

Attitude of counsel and advice.

Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the Public of all age groups and social backgrounds.
