Designation: CNC Programmer- CNC Shop
Location: Lucknow
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Production)
Domain Knowledge Required:
> Experience in CNC Programming preferably on Solid Cam / Mazatrol and Fanuc Control
> Experience of Precision Machining
> understanding of Machining process and Sequencing
> Drawing Reading Ability and capability for Calculation based Cycle Time Estimation
> Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures ,Cutting Tools Selection& Prove out of Components
> Knowledge of Limits, Fit and Tolerances and GD&T,
> Experience of working on Steel ,Stainless steel and High Alloy Machining
> Hands on experience of Making 2D Drawings on AutoCAD and 3D Models on Solid works
> Knowledge of Machine Structure and machine Elements
> Exposure of working on VTL, VMC, HMC and 5 Axis- Turn Mill Machines
> Knowledge of ISO 9001, Health and Safety Standards, Exposure to 5S, kaizen and 7QC Tools Roles & Responsibility:
> Responsible for the for CNC program by SolidCam/Mazatrol for the CNC Shop and CNC program should be ready in advance as per the plan.
> Co-ordination with Planner for loading plan and accordingly priority of program should be done.
> The new program made should be in accordance with the Tool type and Insert Corner radius, ensuring that the same tool and insert is being used.
> Check the Job Clamping Method, Jigs & Fixtures being used, Tool Approach, Tool fouling, Parameters Selection and tool to achieve the desired Geometric Tolerances and Surface Finish.
> On and offline Training to the operator and Production Engineer if required.
> Development and prove out of Program and Process of new component
> To be the part of Root Cause Analysis and continual Improvement Process
> Implement the “KAIZEN” continual improvement process by change in tooling
> Co-ordination with the QC and Machine shop and other cross functional Team
