Urgently required Process Engineer (Dairy/Food & beverages) for a well reputed company in Singapore.

Location      :   Singapore

Mandatory   :  To have a valid passport in hand.

Job responsibilities :-

• Development & detailing of PFDs/P&IDs for Food & Dairy (Spray Dryers and Falling Film Evaporation plants)
  • Detailed Engineering of Evaporators (Thermal vapor re-compression/Mechanical vapor re-compression) and spray drying plants, CIP Systems
  • Mass balance calculations
  • Technical Specifications for Evaporators and Spray Dryers based on the  Energy Balance Calculations
  • Line and Duct Sizing Calculations
  • Pre-Order sales support based on tender documents, Preparing deviation  lists, Evaluation of process guarantees, Process Time Scheduling & Histogram(Utility Calculations)
  • Developing Utility Distribution Diagrams for Steam, Chilled Water, Soft Water, Compressed Air
  • Preparing inquiry specifications for major bought out items like  compressor systems, pumps, cooling towers, Plate heat exchangers, blowers, filters, Air heaters, dehumidifiers Actuated and Manual Valves for process and utilities, Steam Accessories etc.
  • Technical Evaluation of vendor Offers and preparing Order specifications
  • Preparation of Bill Of Materials/Bill Of Quantity/Equipment List
  • Vendor Selection and Procurement Assistance
  • Process inputs to other functional team members
  • Reviewing 3D Piping Models, equipment layout drawings
  • Reviewing Equipment GA drawings and Vendor drawings
  • Executing Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the process evaporation and spray drying plants
