We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients in industrial power transmission and conveyor chains Manufacturing Industry for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: Sales Engineer

Location: Remote

Experience: 2-7 Years

Position: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• To Prospect, develop and to generate orders from the existing & new customers and dealers for the assigned territory.
• Successful Closure of Orders as per the monthly plan with clearly defined targets in line with the Companys policies.
• Smooth Order execution as per order terms in coordination with the Backoffice team
• Pre-salesfollow such as Customer detailsthatisrequired for master data creation as requested by the Backoffice team, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if any, any purchase agreements to be completed in a timely manner
• Post Sales Follow-up – Collection of payments
• To co-ordinate for timely resolving Customer Complaints along with the Factory, Backoffice Team
• To prepare monthly customer contact plan for both Direct & MRO Segment and get it approved from Head Sales and executing the same.
• Obtaining regular feedback from the market and updating the same to the reporting officer.
• To ensure that the existing customer(s) are satisfied, queries are properly addressed and to maintain the reputation of the company.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Sales Processes, Commercial terms
• Negotiation Skills
• Good Communication in English and Hindi
• Computer Literacy MS Office (Excel & Power Point Presentations)
• Good planning & execution skills
• Willing to travel and explore new areas
• Punctuality, Self-Determined/Driven
• Ambitious with “Can do attitude”
