Designation: Sales and Marketing Head
Location: Srilanka
Experience: 15 to 25 years
Position: Permanent
Department: Sales
Role Summary:
Lead the end-to-end Sales and Marketing strategy for the Personal Care portfolio to drive revenue growth, brand leadership, and market expansion across channels.
- Define and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
- Strengthen distributor, channel partner, and key account relationships.
- Oversee pricing strategies, trade promotions, and margin management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and ensure achievement of revenue and volume targets.
Marketing Management
- Develop and execute brand, product, and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead product launches, re-launches, and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Drive consumer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build long-term brand equity while driving short-term sales impact.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales from a reputed institute
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key Skills & Experience:
- 15 to 25 years in FMCG Personal Care (skin care, hair care, hygiene, beauty, etc.)
- Proven leadership in national/regional sales & brand management roles
- Strong expertise in brand building, go-to-market strategy, and channel management
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Strategic, execution-focused, and data-driven leader
