Designation:- General Manager Sales

Qualification: Bachelor`s degree.

Product- E-Rickshaw and E-Loader

Location: Yamuna Nagar (Haryana)

Reports To: Directors

Basic Functioning: – to increase sales by appointing new Dealers and Distributors across Punjab, Haryana, UP, UK, MP, Bihar, Assam and managing the existing network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee Sales and Marketing activities to achieve company’s revenue goals.
  • Plan and assign daily workload to sales team
  • Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Providing guidance to sales representatives in their assigned duties.
  • Support the Sales representative in the field by visiting the prospective Dealer/Distributors.
  • Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
  • Identify potential Dealer/Distributors and build strong relationship with existing network.
  • Provide excellent services and ensure Dealer satisfaction to grow business.
  • Identify sales strategies and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Evaluate current sales process and recommend improvements.

Skills Required:

  • Complete understanding of the Company’s credit policies and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of the Company’s profit goals and risk pricing criteria.
  • Thorough understanding of the Company’s products, programs, initiatives, and alliances.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of dealership operations and the auto finance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills. Must possess the ability to make consistent quality decisions.
  • Must possess team building and relationship management skills.
  • Must be an aggressive Deal maker.
  • Must be proficient in computer software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
