Job Description:
- The Responsibilities includes Business development and OEM sales, New product development , Channel management and expansion.
- Should have knowledge of Devising and Implementing promotional strategies for channel partners , Local Vendor development etc. He would be responsible for P&L of the Business unit .
- He will have team of Product Development Manager, Sales Manager – After market , Warehouse Manager, Territory Sales Executive reporting to him.
- He should be a dynamic and motivational leader who can lead the a young team and expand the business in both OEM and distribution channel . He should have excellent business presentations and communication skills and as he would be directly interacting with key decision makers in Automobile companies in India.
