Job Description
Objective- IT Consultant will evaluate current IT systems and will propose the latest tools and technology to design and build a new technology solution. S/he will manage the life cycle of the system and dynamically upscale and upgrade technology, based on requirements. Rich in operational efficiency excellence, validates the ROI of the IT interventions and commits to work with for a defined period.
Role: Leads the digital transformation of the organization, starting with new Organization Database Systems (ODS) and later establishes the best practices of IT in the organization.
Key Result Areas
- Develops the Scope of Work, validates the Organisational requirement document, and creates a complete RFQ document.
- Participates and advise on the selection of the Vendor and helps write the contract covering all technical, legal , aspects.
- Ensures the on time delivery, with quality and contractual costs. Avoidance of COR.
- Migrates the existing system to the new ODS and establishes the maintenance processes and complete upkeep of the system.
- Trains the IT team to the new system in operations, trouble shooting, and makes them fully versatile in managing the system.
Technical Skills
All pre requisite skills to build, develop, operate, transfer and maintain an ODS based on SDLC.
- Strong in web and mobile applications development, preferably UI and open source technologies stack (Angular, Node.JS, React JS, PHP etc.).
- Well versed with the cloud, security, storage services.
- Must have hands on experience in web (Dot.net, C#, or, / Python/ PHP frameworks ie Symphony, Codeigniter, Cake PHP etc) and mobile applications development, preferably UI and open source technologies stack (Angular, Node.JS, React JS, PHP etc.).
– Advanced understanding of RDBMS (MS SQL/ Oracle etc) - Well versed in web security implementation/ development techniques.
This Pre-requisite:
1.The person should have expertise in Microsoft Technologies
2. Asp.Net MVC, C# , jQuery, JSON.
3. Web API.
4. React.JS or Angular.
5. Expertise in Windows Server Admin and IIS
6. Expertise in MS SQL Server Admin and ability to write procedure and SQL functions and queries.
