Designation: National Sales Manager – Food Fortification & Feed Supplements
Industry: Manufacturing FMCG- human food fortification, custom blend products and animal feed supplements.

Qualification: Science Graduate with MBA
Responsibilities
- Sales of Human Food Fortification Premixes/Ingredients to Edible Oil, Milk, Flour, Rice/FRK, Bread manufacturers, custom blends for various food applications and Animal Feed Supplements/Additives to Feed Manufacturers (Poultry, Livestock, Aquaculture).
- Must have self-prospected and appointed distributors/agents in India with emphasis on North India. Must be aware of above products including awareness market trends & prices as also competitor activities; product knowledge ;
- Coordinate with R&D for new/customized product development; designing marketing collaterals, packaging and literature. Should be aware of FSSAI and regulatory standards.
- Must be able to effectively position and introduce products in the abovementioned customer segments. Should be able to acquire Key Customers, activate them by sales and keep them active by regular communication, digital marketing etc.
- For Domestic sales should also be to create and manage sales team, distribution/dealer network, monitor competitor activities and do field work.
- Should be able to formulate and implement promotional activities, sales schemes/trade offers periodically, besides designing collaterals, labels & packaging, digital marketing and prospect vendors etc.
Preference:
- Having experience of sales of Human Food Fortification Premixes to Edible Oil, Milk, Flour, Rice/FRK, Bread manufacturers; custom blends
- Animal Feed Supplements/Additives to Feed Manufacturers (Poultry, Livestock, Aquaculture).
- Make and manage Business Plan.
- Savvy using Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in English.
