Purpose of Role
As a Sales Development Representative, your job is to Generate Qualified Leads and to meet with our VP of Lender Relations. Your goal is to find those Leads, by generating three channels that we already find useful, cold calling + LinkedIn + email. On our platform there are sellers and buyers, so either some of them have any interest in buying or selling we are here to guide them through the whole process. After they publish the portfolio, you should keep the relationship and take care of them as a future client too.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate Leads From Three Sources:
- Cold Calling (150-200) Calls Per Day
- Present On Daily Meetings, Company Meetings, Team Meetings
- Consistency and Excellent Work Ethic
