About the role
The Content Marketing Specialist is expected to have a solid understanding of technical writing, search engine optimization (SEO), content distribution strategies, and familiarity with social media and paid advertising channels. Strong analytical skills are required to audit and refine content performance. You will also be collaborating with our agencies, partners, and influencers to help with the assembling and publishing of content across multiple media platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the creation of excellent content for customers — such as guides, live trainings, video scripts, concierge tools, and best practice articles.
- Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
- Maintain an editorial calendar by setting realistic content production and publishing deadlines
- Collaborate with SMEs, writers, producers, and designers to develop content assets
- Publishing blog posts and other web content on our website.
- Identify opportunities for the repurposing and distribution of content
- Establish a systematic and scalable content marketing strategy, distributing content to intended audiences across all marketing channels
- Monitor and assess the company’s content marketing performance through analytics platforms
- Stay abreast of content marketing and digital trends
- Conduct research to enhance published content
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Desire 3+ years’ content marketing (or product marketing equivalent) experience in a SaaS company.
- Technical writing and editor skills
- Video contents creation skills, and familiar with Youtube SEO
- Experienced in WordPress for contents publishing and website maintenance
- Technical expertise regarding SEO, content gap analysis, and the proper structuring of content to maximize exposure
- Experience with online community building a plus
- Proficient with Google Analytics and social media analytics
