Purpose of Role
- In this role a successful candidate is going to work with existing clients as well as perform outbound outreach for new clients and on-boarding incoming leads.
- With a current base of 100-150 clients a person in this role has to perform pre-sale of offerings on the platform and ensure that clients obtain all necessary information for the purchase of debt portfolios.
- There is traffic of incoming leads that would like to enroll with the platform, so a person has in a timely manner to connect with them and lead through the process of registration and perform initial qualification of the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients – incoming leads
- Account management of existing clients – presale
- Reactivation of clients – existing clients
- Monitoring the process of signing of the NDA and connection to the platform
- Outbound outreach for new buyers and sellers via LI and cold calls.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years of experience in the collection sphere
- Robust sales skills
- High level of English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft apps
