Job Summary
The role is responsible for overall plant maintenance, ensure uninterrupted machine uptime and capacity utilization for nonstop production, continuous improvement in overall efficiency of plant operations

| Implement the Maintenance Policy as per the guidelines provided by the Plant Head through standard SOP’s | |
| Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs | |
| Implement the plant maintenance program based on the initiatives planned by Plant Head | |
| Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment | |
| Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs based on the analysis of the breakdown of machines | |
| Responsible for maintaining maximum efficiencies. | |
| Review and approve implementation of weekly and monthly predictive and preventive maintenance plan | |
| Perform Root cause Analysis and predict trends of failure to plan maintenance activities | |
| Plan scheduled shut downs in consultation with Plant Head | |
| Ensure that all maintenance activities are recorded and reported and all MIS/Reports are up to date | |
| Guide and supervise installation, commissioning and inspection of new machinery in the plant as per design | |

| Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide a continuous supply of electrical power, | |
| air required for operations. | |
| Directs and coordinates activities of team members engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations | |

| Plant round to monitor equipment performance for smooth running of the plant | |
| Follow Employee Heath & Safety guide lines and target for zero violation and incidents / accident | |
| Water cooled chiller maintenance and periodic performance evaluation | |
| Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements | |
| Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities | |
| Any other work assign by the management as per requirement. |
