Qualification: Must have a M.Sc./ B.Sc. Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
Age: 40-50yrs
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with 10 years at the managerial position in a similar capacity in operating and managing shopping complex and office tower.
Remuneration:– offers an income tax-free compensation package, commensurate with rank and experience, including 12-month salary, Accommodation transportation, Visa and Air ticket will be provided. Medical will be provided as per company policy
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the smooth running of the day to day Operations, Management and Maintenance of the high-rise Office Tower and Shopping Mall (predominantly Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services) including Safety, Tenancy Design Coordination works, Car Park, Housekeeping, Landscaping and other works required for the general upkeep of the Commercial complex.
- Planning, executing and coordinating sound Operational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining compliance and annual budget.
- Preparing annual Budget (Operational & Capital expenditure).
- Preparing monthly Operational analysis and Management reports.
- Leading and directing subordinates in all Operational aspects including Maintenance of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire, ELV, Telecommunication, Building Management Systems and Civil Engineering Services
- Responsible for the regular inspection and testing of Critical Engineering Systems including setting benchmarks for monitoring performance and conducting regular audits of the system.
- Carrying out liaison and foster good communications between Tenants and Centre Management.
- Accountable for Energy Management of the LEED certified building including conducting energy conservation with the view to reduce operating cost.
- Develop and implement speedy and appropriate control strategy in response to Crisis Management.
The Person:
- Hands on experience in Building Services Engineering including HVAC, Electrical Installations, ELV Systems, Vertical Transportation, Plumbing Systems, Building Management Systems etc.
- Experience in testing and commissioning of MEP Systems
- Experience in Energy Management will be an added advantage
- Overseas relevant work experience would be preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills and strong Analytical Skills
- PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
