We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is a leading manufacturer  of refiner and smelter for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: Sales Engineer

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Position: Permanent

Education: BE/Diploma

Department: Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to Senior Country Sales Manager, you are expected to:

  1. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers.
  2. Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales call schedules.
  3. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  4. Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales information.
  5. Get feedback from customers and suggests improvements.
  6. Closely interact with Inside Sales to manage billing, delivery and payment follow ups.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales and technology field.
  3. Strong written/oral communication skill in English, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
  4. Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  5. Possess good analytical, technical & problem solving and customer relationship management skills.
  6. Independent and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and able to work with a team.
  7. Possess a driving license with own vehicle, at least a 2-wheeler.
  8. Possess self-initiative to achieve/enhance work efficiency. Ability to meet objectives and project deadlines.
  9. Possess the zest and enthusiasm to handle customer’s complaints.
  10. Possess a maturity, confidence, perseverance, patience, personality, commercial awareness and good communication skill.
  11. Travel about 30% throughout Asia, USA for sales meeting, training and alignment.
