About the Role
A leading brand in the Hygiene Automation & Public Washroom Accessories industry is looking for a dynamic and strategic Head – Global Sales & OEM to drive its international business growth. This leadership position will oversee global sales operations, channel expansion, and OEM partnerships, ensuring sustainable revenue growth across multiple regions.

Location: Haryana, India
CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA
Experience: 15–20 years

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global business and export strategies.
  • Identify and establish partnerships in high-potential markets and product segments.
  • Lead OEM relationship management, including negotiation and long-term contracts.
  • Drive the entire international sales cycle – from lead generation to client retention.
  • Build and manage global distributor and dealer networks.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and finance teams for certification and compliance.
  • Represent the brand at international exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Lead and mentor the global sales and OEM team to achieve set targets.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in International Sales, OEM Management, or Export Business Development.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance.
  • Exposure to hygiene automation, sanitaryware, or related technical sectors preferred.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
