Designation: Project Manager – High Rise Buildings
Qualification :- B.Tech in Civil
Experience: 15 Years.

Job Responsibilities:
 Shall be the overall person in charge of the project.
 Planning and supervising the execution of highrise buildings projects.
 Preparation of project work schedules, progress reports, working drawings and managing resources at the construction site to ensure execution of the project within the agreed time and cost parameter.
 Handle all contractual issues and liaise with the client and consultant on all matters related to the project including payments.
 Develop and implement strict quality control procedures and a safety plan at the site.
 Manage subcontractors.
 Attend to any other duties related to the project.
