Job Responsibilities:

• Want someone with min 10 years experience working with laravel, micro services, system architecture and android applications.
• Experience with inventory systems and hospitality like epos and mobile delivery systems would be a big advantage.
• This is a senior management role with shares in the company for the right candidate and opportunities to come to our uk based office annually.
• This role is for someone looking for a long term role to help grow a company, not to just collect paycheck. english must be top level. .
• We are looking for a CTO who has min 10 years TECHNICAL experience in managing projects and can easily architect micro services as well as understand the importance of offline functionality with all Experience with payments and inventory systems is also a big advantage..
• Our systems are built on php laravel, mysql and kotlin android, with aws servers, micro services.
• In the indian team we have 4 laravel, 4 android epos products. oid, 4 QA, 1 pt dev ops, 2 pt project managers. Im looking to add more members and white label the product internationally, but i need a leader in the technical side first.
• We will also give 5% shares of the indian based business for the successful completion of 1 year  and another 5% upon completing the 2nd year. So this is an opportunity for someone to build a big future with us and not just be another number in a dead end company. We will organise trips to the uk to meet our team here annually as well.
