Job Responsibilities:
1. To ensure all things operational in the office
2. Coordination with staff to rectify problems of our clients and in the office
3. maintain good relation with our clients and tenants
4. To handle housekeeping staff & reception staff in the office and give training to them as per
Standards and rules and regulations of the company.
5. To handle all general repair and maintenance work independently
6. Should be very creative, problem solver and able to improve business with new ideas
7. Well versed in customer handling Etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Having good communication skills and command over English
2. Must have knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
3. Candidate having knowledge of Coral, Photoshop etc. will be preferred
4. Can handle general computer related software, hardware problems
