Urgently required Solution Architect for a US Based Multinational company in Chandigarh.
Location : Chandigarh
Experience : Min 10 Yrs
Key Responsibilities :
• Design, develop and execute software solutions to address business issues by applying your experience and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with senior developers across locations and contribute in architectural discussions and solutioning process.
• Create and Pitch the proposals for bringing in new ideas or improvements.
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the software development team.
• Closely work with developers, QA Lead and other technology staff as needed to aid in problem solving.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
• Assist the Manager of Engineering and Lead Devs to continuously improve overall development operations on the floor.
• Coach, Mentor and Motivate the software development team.
Skills/Experience
• 10+ years of experience designing secure, scalable and highly available software solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
• Understanding of various coding patterns and exposure to multiple coding languages
• Data modeling and database design experience
• Knowledge about modern software architectures, Single page apps, Modern web stack, SSO and other system integrations
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile development practices.
• Experience working with at least one functional programming language (Elm, Elixir, OCaml, Haskell, F#, Scala, etc.)
• Experience working with modern front end technologies like Elm, React, Vue, Angular
• Good leadership skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Great Interpersonal and communication skills
