Designation : Testing & Commissioning Engineer

 Location       : Malaysia

Company is looking for a person who has 5 years’ experience in Electrical Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of power plant, substation and process plant along with below given responsibilities: –

• Testing of CT, PT, CVT, LAVT,AVR,NGR,Circuit breaker for switchyard and Switchgear.
  • Testing of End to End test for line differential, Close loop and Open loop test with SAS System.
  • Testing & Commissioning of electromagnetic, static and numerical protection Relays of various types of leading makes.
  • As Built Scheme checking (AREVA, ABB, SIEMENS, SCHENIDER ELECTRIC, L&T etc), cable schedule preparation, test report submission.
  • Prepare punching list, test protocols for substation equipment’s & obtain customer approval. Prepare testing and commissioning schedule.
  • Attending technical discussion with client & consultant and modification according to the customer & system requirement.

• Able to handle and/or familiar with the following equipment’s.

• SECONDARY INJECTION KIT: DOBLE 6150, FREJA 300, SMRT36, OMICRON(CMC-256)
• PRIMARY INJECTION ODEN KIT (UP TO 3000 A)
• IR TESTING KIT MEGGER (UP TO 10KV)
• DIGITAL EARTH RESISTANCE KIT
• HI-POT UP TO 33 KV
• OMICRON CPC 100
• CT ANALYSER
