Urgently required Restaurant General Manager for branded chain of retail outlet in Malawi.

Designation:    Restaurant General Manager.

Location      :   Malawi (A safe and calm tourist place in Africa).

Experience  :   Min 2 + years.

Job Description:

1. Knowledge of restaurant business and responsible for supporting and leading team in the smooth running of store
   2. Achieve great results through working.
   3. Should be Eager, Energetic, Confident, Flexible, Problem solving skills and management skills.
   4. Monitor performance and implement corrective action where required.
   5. Ensure that employees follow correct maintenance procedures in accordance with the established maintenance roster.
   6. Allocate responsibilities to each employee on shift and monitor performance accordingly. Ensure tasks are only undertaken by those employees certified to perform them.
   7. Achieve CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations for Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product and Speed of Service.
   8. Achieve consistent results through team management within and increasingly complex restaurant environment.
   9. Proven track record of On Target performance.
   10. Ability to engage, lead and motivate employees to deliver 100% CHAMPS.
   11. Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Remuneration : Total saving of 1200 usd (Company will provide Accomodation, Transportation, medical, To & Fro ticket, Visa & Taxation excluding Salary).
