Urgently Required Operation Manager – Client servicing for a Television Media & Education Technology Company-Delhi Location

Position:  Operation Manager – Client servicing

Location:  Mohan Cooperative (Near Mohan estate metro station)

Responsibilities:

1. Work with sales, editorial, account managers and vendors to implement and oversee project campaigns television channels.
2. Drive Programmatic Revenues.
3. Manage client queries, managing timelines, shoots, treatment notes and scripts delivery by production team, QA, and reporting.
4. Monitor campaigns throughout lifecycle, communicating with account managers, creative agencies and vendors on issues as needed.
5. Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making suggestions for improved performance.
6. Work closely with sales, marketing, editorial, design, and tech as well as on the creation and implementation of custom television intellectual properties.
7. Develop and streamline processes to facilitate and expedite client on-boarding and case/incident tracking, as needed.
8. Opportunity to develop and build out exciting new Rich Media product offerings for desktop and mobile.
9. Provide technical support to account managers and others via phone, email and web.
10. Coordinate with production team to provide assistance in identifying, reporting and resolving technical issues.
11. Stay abreast of current and upcoming technology product capabilities.
12. Billing, Inventory Management, Invoicing.

Requirements:

1. Experience client servicing and marketing role in TV channels.
2. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
3. Superb general troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners.
5. Strong project management, organization and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to multitask with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment.
7. Should have good Industry contacts.
