Position: Manager – Transformer Engineering Design & Development
Location: Kuwait
Responsibilities:
- E. Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience in Transformer manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge in Engineering, Design and Development of Transformers ranging from small size Cast Resin type / oil type to 45MVA, 132KV capacity.
- To lead mechanical and electrical design team.
- To manage physical resources and engineers engaged in current engineering, future developments.
- To direct complex technical analysis and investigations.
- To implement initiatives to cost effective design and provide advice on issues and technical support to other departments.
- To handle and establish Transformer Manufacturing facility.
- To verify purchaser specifications, manufacturing drawings, BOQ’s.
- To provide detailed engineering for any customer contracts.
- To evaluate the vendors and develop new vendors for all transformer items.
