Designation: Inside Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata

Company is looking for a person who has 2-4 years’ experience with below given responsibilities:

• Apply company sales strategies and selling processes to develop a healthy pipeline
• Apply a consultative sales and account management approach that requires knowledge and understanding of the customers’ business, resulting in product/service recommendations that contribute to customer’s growth and competitiveness in the marketplace.
• Understands and utilize all steps of the consultative sales cycle, from lead to qualify with appropriate steps.
• Proficient in communicating the benefits or value proposition of the company. ERP & CRM application and services and how that relates as benefits to the customer.
• Initiate sales and marketing calls to prospective clients
• Schedule sales appointments with prospects
• Qualify prospective clients using email, phone calls, Web and social media
• Provide comprehensive updates of all interactions, opportunities and pipeline within the company CRM / Log accurate records of all activities in CRM database
• Apply interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork across organizational boundaries and demonstrates leadership abilities, as needed, to achieve business goals.
• Answer questions about products and pricing
• There is no sales target for this position

Requirement:

• 2-4 years of previous cold calling, inside sales or sales support experience (Preferably female candidate)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution & retail industry wrt ERP software
• Previous experience in inside sales for ERP (Microsoft Nav/ SAP) & CRM a plus
• Ideal candidate will possess poise, confidence, maturity, and the ability to think quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software a plus
• Social media savvy
• Language:  Excellent Proficiency in English & Hindi written and spoken is must (must be a very good communicator)
