Position:  HEAD- Security

Location:  Srinagar, Uttarakhand

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain relationships with local Police, Administration, SDM , DM, SSP  and State Law Enforcement and other related Government agencies.
• Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors.
• Identify security initiatives and standards.
• Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
• Manage security at all vital installations – Dam/Switch yard/Power House / Power channel/ Office / Colony etc.,
• Analysis of value and damage potential Threat and weak points analysis
• Identification of existing security measures
• Site  access Gates & entrances Cctv surveillance system, Surveillance of persons on site, Protection of company’s assets, Surprise checks to ensure Security at all times.
• Fire Safety training (mock drills) to Security guards and other.
• Provision for controlled and monitored site evacuation
• Co-Ordination with Operations Head on various Security measures and support required.
• Co-Ordination with Corporate Office.
• Preparing and training on SOPs , Constant training for security personnel
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time
