Location      :   Mumbai.

Experience:     Min 7 + years.

Job Description:

• Managing and motivating Dept. team and sales force on a National level
• Building Marketing & Sales plans
• Marketing – advertisement, conferences, training courses, exhibitions, KOL
• Defining goals and targets on individual sales reps level
• Creating and monitoring sales reps compensation plan
• Handling Strategic clients
• Implementing and maintaining CRM
• Reporting to ARDS twice a week
• Controlling stock and orders
• Monitoring deliveries
• Accounts receivable collection

Skills required :-

• Dental market knowledge
• Recruitment of sales reps
• Excellent in communication on all levels
• Self motivated, wants to develop himself, wishes to achieve targets
• Responsible and reliable
• Sales skills
• Leader – management skills
• Experienced in the above
• Available to high frequency of national level travel
• Representative
• High level English
