Roles and Responsibility
• Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
• Build alliances & tie-up with corporate, colleges and take strategic initiative to build the composition of businesses with different partners.
• Identify the business opportunity with the different players in the market.
• Build healthy relation & engage with partners for the continuation of business.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Maintaining weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Professional work experience in B2B sales, sales in professional services, business development in professional services, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills with business sense to structure deals & business proposition.
• Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple projects and client engagements active at once.
• Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Must be good in Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Closing skills.
