Urgently required Asst Service Manager to run the service centers of a well reputed company.

Company :- A Dubai Based Multinational company deals in car accessories.

Designation:  Asst. Service Manager

Location      :  Mumbai / Kolkata

Experience  :   Min 4 + years of experience in Car accessories.

Job Description: 

• Solves problems and meets predetermined services and sales objectives.
• Directly supervises service department personnel; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer complaints.
• Acts as lead liaison from the Service Department to all other dealership department
• Maintains customer service records in computer system
• Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians’ productivity

Skills Required:-

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ready to travel extensively.
• Must be familiar with dealer distributor network.
• Self Motivator and team handling experience.
