Urgently required Accounts & finance manager for a branded media company in Delhi.

Designation  : Accounts & finance manager

 Location       : New Delhi

Qualification: CA Qualified.

Company is looking for an Accounts & finance profile to handle the middle  management role with below given responsibilities :-

• Responsible for Budgeting, Finalization of Books of Accounts , Accounts & Tax  Management, Auditing, Salary & Payments, MIS & Control, and to drive ERP , SOP and Internal Financial Controls ( IFCs ) implementation across the Company.
• Maintaining and managing all the accounting aspects for the organization Developing the necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management,  Internal  control of the company’s business.
• Payroll Accounting , including taxes, PF and other dealing with regulatory authorities
• Management of financial systems and budget , financial audits, accounting records & MIS, regulatory compliances, Forex management
• To  communicate with tax Advisors, Sr. Tax Officials, Counsels, etc in an appropriate way with relevant data & records ; and
• To coordinate with Tax consultants (Direct & Indirect) on Assessments, Scrutiny, and other tax proceedings

 Mandatory Requirement :-

• Excellent command on English & computers.
• Individual decision making personality.
• Efficient and hand on experience and practical knowledge of Taxation.
• Must be aware about all technical concepts of general and final accounting.

 Salary: Based on interview performance
