Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Technical & Financial Bid abiding tender formalities.
- Online submission of Tender.
- Providing comparative statements for pharmaceutical items.
- Day to day dealing with manufactures and the hospitals for the updates and queries regarding Tenders.
- Communication with the Manufactures on the regular basis for the new Tenders available from the Government Hospitals.
- Providing all the documents required in the tenders.
- Communication with the Manufactures on the regular basis for the new Tenders available from the Government Hospitals and Medical College Institute on all India bases.
- Preparation of tender documents, scanning, checking and Uploading Tender documents on website through e-tendering process.
- ESIC, Delhi government (NCT Delhi ), PHSC (Punjab Health Services Corporation), BPPI(Jan Aushadhi ), AIIMS (All India Institute Of Medical Sciences) Safdarjung Hospital Delhi, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi, SGPGI (Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, lucknow), DIRECTOR GENERAL MEDICAL & HEALTH U.P LUCKNOW( C.M.S.D. Section) etc
- Providing extended support whenever required.
- Coordination with Pre-sales or Technical Department for tender Compliance and technical Requirements.
- Must have good knowledge of GEM (Govt. E Market Place)
