Job Location: Dubai
Experience: 12+ years of Automotive experience in quality control, design and manufacturing, product compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Interface between Automotive OEM customers and company’s manufacturing plant, design and engineering departments to successfully launch Projects with various automotive customers ensuring consistent quality standards.
• Manages Product development and testing timelines as per customers requirement, Product engineering compliance, quality assurance , cost tracking and internal reporting of project status & risks.
• Facilitates discussions and presentations to cross functional teams.
• Works independently with Sales, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing teams.
• Managing PPAP submissions, preparation of DVPR, handles grade reviews with customers.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.
• Monitor all operations and parameters that affect quality.
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other quality team members.
• Assure reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output during regular audits.
• Report all malfunctions to factories to ensure immediate action.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Review current quality standards and policies.
• Ensure all legal standards are met, communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
• Coordinating for OEMs visit for factory audit .
Qualifications and Experience
• 12+ years of Automotive experience in quality control, design and manufacturing, product compliance.

Skills
• Proficient in MS Project – minimum 2 years of experience able to define and work with critical paths.
• Proven experience of Automotive Product development and compliance engineering
• Strong engineering and technical know-how of Automotive accessories (electrical and mechanical) and testing.
• Have strong understanding of OEM testing requirements, OE test standards, regulatory requirements and preparation of DVPR.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T – understand dimensions and tolerances in drawings and CMM reports
• Knowledge to utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Database, Projects)
• Experience on Preparing and understanding of 2D Engineering drawings
• Understanding of 3D Product design
• Decision making and risk reporting experience
• Proactive & autonomous
• Knowledge to read, analyze and interpret and prepare quality documents (Control Plans, Process FMEAs, DFMEAs, Testing plans, DVP&R , PPAP submission ).
• Leading teams with good inter personnel skills
• Outstanding English communication skills
• Strong convincing skills
• Strong personality
• Proven experience as a Compliance Manager or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Great attention to detail and results driven approach
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, reliable and trustworthy.
• Certification of Quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 , TS 16949, Certified Auditor etc.)
