About the Role

A leading manufacturer of oil extraction tools and equipment for the oil & gas industry is looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President – Marketing to lead business growth, strengthen market presence, and drive sales initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Identify new business opportunities within the oil & gas, drilling, and energy sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, OEMs, oilfield service companies, and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies for oil extraction tools and equipment.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value commercial contracts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development, to achieve business objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales within the Oil & Gas Equipment, Oilfield Services, Drilling Tools, or Heavy Engineering industry.
• Proven experience in leading marketing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas operations and industrial equipment markets.
• Experience handling domestic and international customers is an added advantage.
