Role Overview
An opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to drive enterprise-wide manufacturing strategy, operational excellence, and growth. The VP – Manufacturing will provide strategic direction across multiple plants/business units while ensuring efficiency, quality, innovation, and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute overall manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee multi-plant operations, productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Drive transformation initiatives including automation, digital manufacturing, and operational excellence.
• Lead capacity expansion, greenfield/brownfield projects, and strategic investments.
• Strengthen supply chain integration, process efficiencies, and manufacturing governance.
• Champion Lean culture, continuous improvement, and performance management frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership on business planning, growth, and profitability objectives.
• Build and lead high-performing leadership teams across plants and functions.

Ideal Profile

• 20+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including multi-site responsibility.
• Strong exposure to strategic operations, transformation, and plant leadership.
• Demonstrated success in scaling manufacturing operations and driving business impact.
• Exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
