A leading global meetings, events, and hospitality technology organization with a large international customer base is looking for an experienced Total Rewards professional to lead compensation and rewards operations. The organization operates in a technology-driven environment and emphasizes innovation, continuous learning, and the use of AI to improve HR processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits leader with strong hands-on expertise in compensation administration, annual merit cycles, Long-Term Incentives (LTI), ESOPs, salary surveys, job matching, benchmarking, and compensation analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end annual merit cycles, including planning, budgeting support, approvals, increment rollouts, and training leaders.
  • Manage LTI, ESOPs, promotions, transfers, off-cycle salary changes, and compensation corrections.
  • Manage and audit compensation data in systems such as Workday and Payscale.
  • Drive salary surveys, job matching, job evaluation, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Work with market data from Aon, Deloitte, Mercer, WTW, and similar compensation survey partners.
  • Validate compensation ranges using market survey data, hiring data, and attrition compensation data.
  • Analyze compensation data and develop actionable insights using advanced Excel.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve compensation analytics, workflows, data quality, and rewards operations.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders on compensation decisions and pay strategy.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 14+ years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
  • Proven experience managing annual merit cycles for an organization with 3,000+ employees.
  • Strong experience in compensation administration, LTI, ESOPs, merit planning, salary structures, and market benchmarking.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, Payscale, or similar HR/compensation systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills including compensation modelling, reconciliations, validations, Pivot Tables, Lookups, and scenario analysis.
  • Practical experience using AI tools or automation in HR, analytics, or compensation processes.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and execution skills.

Education

MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
