  • Bachelor’s/Master’sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a sales management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
