Job Description
Job Role :- Sr. Delivery Manager ( India head)
Job Location – Remote ( Monthly 1 or 2 time have to visit Delhi Office)
Job Type :- Permanent
Relevant Industry Experience: 12+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently lead several teams of Accountants/Bookkeepers and Payroll Specialists, with each team handling monthly financial reports and other date bound deliverables for multiple clients
- Ensure delivery within agreed SLAs of schedule and budget variance
- Ensure quality of deliverables with agreed tools and processes as per Enkel quality standards
- Act as the main point of contact for client delivery, status update and escalations
- Build and maintain productive relationship with Onshore team
- Be responsible for building a high performing team
Educational Qualifications
Post graduate with commerce background / preferably CA/CPA/MBA
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience of delivering services successfully and meeting client expectations for US/Canadian clients
- 5+ years of experience in handling multiple high performing accounting/bookkeeping teams working in onshore offshore model
- Strong knowledge of end to end accounting and bookkeeping work including R2R (Record to Report) and Month end reporting
- Excellence in English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform risk analysis and mitigation
