Location:  Remote (for South India (Bangalore ) and North India (Delhi)

Exp : 2 to 3 yrs

Job brief— Sales Engineer (Northern and Southern Part of India)

We are looking for a hardworking, passionate, smart and disciplined Sales Engineer with proven

experience for selling electronic components and solutions to senior executives in Northern and

Southern part of India. Preferably for Northern part the sales engineer will be based in New Delhi

and Southern part will be based in Bangalore.

The candidate will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing

customers by promoting and supporting to customers’ R&D engineers. The main clients would be

the EMS/ODM/OEM makers in electronic field in India. Measures of success include new customer

acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to

overall sales team and business success.

Responsibilities

• Selling to new prospects and supporting existing customers
• Support sales team and customers with technical knowledge
• Partner with sales manager to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in promoting
• R&D activities to the customers
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
• Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value
• proposition
• Manage all technical aspects of RFQ enquiries
• Effectively communicate client’s technical needs with the supplier for best proposal

Requirements and skills

• 2-3 years of experience in electronic field, familiar with local electronic manufacturing
• companies
• Charming and good interpersonal skills with high self-discipline
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in electronic
• engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Willingness to travel
• BS degree or equivalent of Electronic Engineering

Remarks:

• Currently will be working from home. Monday to Friday
• Required travelling in and out of cities
• Driver’s license required
