About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Director to lead and oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, optimizing costs, and implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall production and manufacturing operations across the plant(s).
• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor and improve plant performance through effective KPIs and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Commercial teams.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and capital expenditure projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale production facilities.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, maintenance, and supply chain operations.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and operational excellence programs.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
