We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead overall manufacturing operations, production, quality control and regulatory compliance at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and overall manufacturing activities.
• Manage production planning, shift scheduling and achievement of production targets.
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics Act, GMP and GLP regulations.
• Lead and coordinate Production Managers, QC Managers, Lab Chemists and Microbiology teams.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Prepare the facility for statutory and regulatory audits.
• Drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

Candidate Profile:

• 12–18 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in Plant Head / Plant Operations leadership roles.
• Experience in Nutraceuticals, Food Supplements or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is essential.
• Strong expertise in production management, quality control, factory management and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in handling plant operations and cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification:

• Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Chemical or Biotechnology.
• Sc. in Chemistry with MBA.
• Pharm / M.Pharm.
