Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Piping Director to lead and manage piping engineering activities across multiple industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EPC/Engineering Consultancy projects and a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams while ensuring technical excellence and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Piping Engineering department.
  • Manage the design, review, and execution of piping layouts, stress analysis, and material specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive quality, safety, cost optimization, and project schedules.
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams while implementing best practices.
  • Support business development activities by providing technical expertise and proposal inputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in piping engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial Engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in international standards such as ASME, API, and relevant engineering codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing global engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of 3D design tools and engineering software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
