Job Opening: National Sales Head

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Head to lead our sales function across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and strategic partners within the semiconductor and electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales teams across India.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the semiconductor and electronics market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EMS companies, distributors, system integrators, and key accounts.
  • Drive sales of semiconductor products, electronic components, and related solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Prepare annual sales plans, sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize high-value contracts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 12–18 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor, Electronics, Electronic Components, EMS, Embedded Systems, or Industrial Electronics industry.
  • Proven track record in leading national sales operations and achieving business growth.
  • Strong network with OEMs, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business development capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
