About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Head to lead and oversee all plant maintenance activities, ensuring maximum equipment availability, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery and utilities.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility maintenance functions.
• Drive TPM, preventive maintenance, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, statutory, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience in plant maintenance within a manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience in managing utilities, automation systems, and plant infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
