️ Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced construction leader to oversee large-scale EPC and infrastructure projects across India. The role involves strategic planning, project execution, business delivery, and overall operational leadership for multiple high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of EPC / infrastructure projects
• Manage large project portfolios across regions
• Ensure cost, quality, and timeline adherence
• Drive project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government authorities
• Build and lead high-performance project teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Drive profitability and operational efficiency

Desired Profile:

• 20–30+ years of experience in Construction / EPC industry
• Strong exposure to large infrastructure projects (Highways, Metro, Buildings, Industrial, etc.)
• Proven leadership in managing multi-site operations
• Excellent stakeholder & client management skills
• Experience with reputed EPC / Construction organizations
