Job Opening: Zonal Sales Head
Industry -Pump manufacturing
Location: UP
CTC: Up to ₹25 Lakhs
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Zonal Sales Head to lead sales operations for our Pump Division in the Kanpur zone. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven experience in driving revenue, and the ability to manage and motivate a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage zonal sales operations to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for pumps and related products
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, dealers, and major clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, and operations teams
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10–15 years of experience in the Pump Industry or related industrial products
- Strong understanding of channel sales, dealer management, and project sales
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to travel within the zone as required
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
